The Government of Balochistan has announced a fully funded scholarship program for the children of workers and miners. This initiative reflects the vision of the Chief Minister of Balochistan to support education and create better opportunities for hardworking families. Under this program, 50 fully funded seats have been reserved at Cadet College Murree for the academic year 2026–27. The main goal is to help deserving students receive quality education at a national-level institution without financial burden.

Number Of Scholarships And Coverage
A total of 50 fully funded scholarships will be awarded for the session 2026–27. These scholarships will cover:
- Tuition fee
- Boarding and lodging
- Other essential academic expenses

Eligibility Criteria For Workers And Students
To apply for this scholarship, the worker or miner must:
- Be working in Balochistan and meet the legal definition of a worker.
- Have completed at least 3 years of service.
- Have complete social security or EOBI contributions.
Children of deceased workers are also eligible if the family has received a death grant. Disabled workers can apply if they have a valid disability certificate issued by a legal medical board.
For students, the age limits are:
- Class 6: Not more than 12 years
- Class 7: Not more than 13 years
- Class 8: Not more than 14 years
- Class 9: Not more than 15 years
Required Documents For Application
Applicants must attach the following documents to the form:
- Worker’s CNIC
- Social Security or EOBI card
- Service certificate with salary slip
- Student’s CNIC or B-Form
- The school certificate of the student
- Local or domicile certificate of the worker
- Registration certificate under labor or mining law
- Company contribution payment certificate
- Affidavit on e-stamp declaring dependency and no previous scholarship
- Retirement certificate (if retired)
- Disability or death grant proof (if applicable)
