The University of Health Sciences Lahore has announced the Sixth College-Wise Selection and Upgradation List for MBBS admissions in public sector medical colleges of Punjab for the session 2025–26. Basis Of Preparation Of The List
The Sixth Selection List was finalised on January 22, 2026. It is based on seats left vacant by candidates who failed to report to their assigned colleges after the Fifth Selection List, which was displayed on January 09, 2026. The whole process has been carried out according to the approved rules and procedures for MBBS admissions in Punjab’s public medical colleges.
Instructions For Already Joined Candidates
Candidates who had already joined their colleges according to the Fifth Selection List and were not upgraded to any higher preference will remain in their current colleges. These students do not need to report again to their college or log in to the admission portal.
However, candidates who joined their colleges earlier but have now been upgraded to a higher preference college must report in person to the upgraded college. They are not required to pay any extra fee, but they must submit a written joining report in the prescribed format. If they fail to do this, their admission will be cancelled.
Guidelines For Newly Selected Candidates
Candidates selected from the waiting list must log in to their existing admission account and download their fee challan. They are required to deposit the college fee in a nearby branch of the Bank of Punjab or National Bank of Pakistan, either through branch banking or using the one-bill invoice method.
The fee must be paid within three working days, and the last date for payment is January 27, 2026, by 02:00 PM, as mentioned on the challan.
Final Admission Requirements
To be considered fully admitted, every selected candidate must complete two steps:
- Deposit the prescribed college fee and other dues before the due date.
- Report in person to the respective college and upload the signed joining report on the UHS portal, signed by both the focal person and the student.
Only candidates who complete both steps within the given time will be treated as admitted.

Errors, Omissions, And Authority
Errors and omissions are accepted. The Vice Chancellor of UHS Lahore has the authority to review and amend the selection list if any mistake, fraud, or misrepresentation is found at any stage. Being listed does not guarantee admission if a candidate is later found ineligible.
